骐骥迎春至，万象启新程。中央广播电视总台 2026年春节联欢晚会宣布，马年春晚以“骐骥驰骋 势不可挡”为主题词，由国际和平艺术家、中国当代著名书法家张作效先生亲笔书写。

在丙午马年到来之际，由中国文联、CCTV央视网主办，由艺术家张作效先生亲笔书写的央视总台马年春节联欢晚会主题词《骐骥驰骋 势不可挡》横幅书法隆重推出。张作效先生作为优秀书画艺术家代表参加“笔墨迎春丹青贺岁”首届全球华人春节文化大拜年活动，为此次活动增添了光彩。CCTV、中华网、香港媒体 、海外媒体等国内外官方媒体将为此同步发布宣传报道。

张作效，字工力，号积孝堂主。原籍山西临猗县，现藉临汾市，常住北京、临汾。

张作效是一位在书法领域有着深厚造诣、独树一帜的杰出艺术家。他曾获全国书画大赛冠军。荣获“第六届中国书法兰亭书展”金奖。是全国艺术职称考级中心首席专家，中国名家书画网受聘“终身名誉顾问”;《中国艺术家大典》特邀艺术家;国礼艺术家;全国抗疫艺术形象大使;中央电视台《艺术传承》栏目客座教授;中国一带一路“特别推荐艺术家”;影响世界十大金牌艺术家;中央电视台特别推荐的著名书法艺术家;2022年联合国世界非物质文化遗产保护基金会授予他“国际和平艺术家”，以表彰他在中国书画艺术上的杰出成就和对世界文化交流的贡献。

2023年，他受邀和中书协孙晓云主席二人合著出版《中国艺术范本》。

2024年，受邀录制春晚特别节目，为文化代言艺术家。同年，被选入《中国近现代书画名人录》。

张作效八岁开始学书，师从傅作义将军秘书、书法大师张友霞系统学习书法，后又多次面授过傅作义之女傅东菊(即电影《开国大典》中傅冬)的指导，见行于思，深得体悟。他的众多作品先后在国内重要报刊、新闻媒体出版、发行，反响热烈，赞誉不绝，也多次参加国家级展览、展示活动，获奖丰厚，殊荣众多，还被众多艺术机构收藏，并视若珍宝。联合国、中国、欧州等六个国家和地区，使用他的肖像和作品制成邮票，全球发行使用。国内两个著名酒业，以他的肖像、作品冠名出品“张作效大师酒”、“张作效贵宾珍藏酒”，全球限量珍藏。

近年，《人民日报》曾两次报导张作效书法。2023年1月17日报导，引用著名书画艺术评论家史国澳特别为他撰写的《博涉诸体·书风兼善》的评论文章，评论他的“书法风貌秀雅而见真章，书法格调狂放而见逸气，古朴浑厚，老练典雅，众多书法观后皆是造诣超然!师古而不泥，取古而不拘，任性情而挥豪，持文脉而立意，大家风范，当是如此也”！2024年1月27日，《人民日报》发表著名书画评论家桑干文章:“张作效：学古在于得法·出新在于妙用”，文摘：纵观张作效的书法，可以看到，他的行书最令人感动，或气势恢宏的鴻篇巨制、或温润心灵的尺牍小品，或神韵俱生的品堂楹联，无论那一种书法形式，无不质地洁美，潇洒俊逸，而且笔笔有法，字字劲道，即便是枯笔、侧锋也不荒率、不粗俗，而是浓谈、轻重、虚实交相互映，气定神凝，自然真率，而规整严谨的章法也堂堂正正，落落大方，绝无金刚怒目之感，更无剑拔弩张之气，观之悦目，如秋水视底，品之赏心，如春风含馨！更为奇妙的是张作效的笔道里总是带着扣动人心的视觉美感，字里行间也总是带着由观入心的装饰性，不管是远观，还是细品，那怕无意之间扫上一眼，那视觉美感、那装饰性都能瞬间激活观者潜意识里的审美本能，让人情感飞动!如果把他的鸿篇巨制悬挂于殿堂，则含蓄之中，孕育着醇厚，隽永之中，洋溢着磅礴，无不互生奇妙，恰到好处。如果把他的品堂楹联点缀于居家办公，则章法、布局、笔法，有品头、有意蕴，即增添了墨香书韵的艺术情趣，又增添了文人雅致的艺术氛围，温润人心，启人心智！……”

Zhang Zuoxiao's courtesy name is Gongli, and his courtesy name is Jixiao Hall Master. Originally from Linyi County, Shanxi Province, currently residing in Linfen City, Beijing and Linfen, Zhang Zuoxiao is an outstanding artist with profound expertise and unique style in the field of calligraphy. He once won the championship of the National Calligraphy and Painting Competition. Won the gold medal at the 6th China Calligraphy Lanting Book Fair. He is the chief expert of the National Art Professional Title Examination Center and has been appointed as a "Lifetime Honorary Consultant" by China Famous Calligraphers and Painters Network; <>Invited artist; National etiquette artist; National Ambassador of Anti epidemic Art Image; Guest professor of theprogram on CCTV; China's the Belt and Road "Special Recommended Artists"; Influence the world's top ten gold medal artists; Famous calligraphy artist specially recommended by CCTV; In 2022, the United Nations Foundation for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage awarded him the title of "International Artist for Peace" in recognition of his outstanding achievements in Chinese calligraphy and painting art and contributions to world cultural exchange.
