Marketingforce Secures HK$500M at Market Price to Drive Full-Stack Token Factory Strategy
HONG KONG, Sept. 17, 2026 — Marketingforce (02556.HK), a leading Hong Kong-listed AI application solutions provider, announced today that it has signed a subscription agreement to issue 9,832,800 new shares at HK$50.85 per share, raising approximately HK$500 million in gross proceeds.
The issue price is at parity with the closing price on the date of the agreement. This at-market transaction structure signals robust investor confidence in the company's valuation and growth prospects.
According to the disclosure, 100% of the net proceeds will be used to expand and optimize its "full-stack Token factory," covering "the construction of domestic or overseas computing power infrastructure, such as self-built or leased AIDC, the procurement of GPU servers and ancillary equipment, and networking of computing power clusters; the development and deployment of various AI large models," as well as "inference optimization capabilities, such as inference engine iteration, operator optimization, multi-model scheduling framework upgrading and post-training of vertical models, aiming to reduce the unit Token cost, enhance response efficiency, and further improve the return on investment of AI applications."
Unlike general-purpose LLM token factories, Marketingforce focuses on enterprise-level business applications. Its core tech stack includes the AI-Agentforce Middle Platform 3.0, AI-KnowForce Enterprise Knowledge Middle Platform, and GenAIOS AI-Native Operating System, supporting a comprehensive AI Agent matrix across marketing, sales, customer service, foreign trade, R&D, and operational analytics.
By leveraging deep industry know-how, Marketingforce converts raw Token computing power into high-value enterprise solutions. This strategy generates a strong "scenario premium," transforming AI infrastructure overhead into sustainable commercial margins and establishing a positive feedback loop: lower computing costs—higher scenario premiums—accelerated commercialization.
The strategy has already delivered measurable financial results. In H1 2026, Marketingforce reported total revenue of RMB 1.960 billion, up 111.2% year-on-year. Revenue from AI applications—driven by the Token Factory—surged 123.7% year-on-year to RMB 1.128 billion, serving as the company's primary growth engine
As new funding is deployed and computing infrastructure scales, Marketingforce is positioned to widen its cost and first-mover advantages in the enterprise AI market while expanding long-term margin potential.
